NOTICE: Constructing Basketball Court with Housetop Locate at Village A

Hereby to give attention notice to Construction Company who take above construction project:

1. This Project is issued by XXX and is authorize to Abc village committee for running the construction project. All construction project decision is refer to XXX.

2. Hence, a task force team is established in order to working in conjunction with XXX to fulfill their construction conditions and requirements. Task force team is lead by Mr. Chan, and their member are Mr. A, Mr. B, and Mr. C. The team will work together with XXX technical department to monitoring construction process. All construction material and construction method are refer to XXX.

3. In the construction period, construction company is requested to make sure all the security measure are taken, including to buy insurance for the construction site and also for the worker.

4. Construction period: subject to 1 month.

5. Project expenditure will paid by XXX. Upon the project completion, XXX will paid all the construction fees.
