As our society has developed , there are more and more concerns about quality of life or life style. On discussing about them, Someone claims that physical exercises play a crucial role in our daily life. To me, I have a supportive opinion for some reasons. First of all, It is a safe and effective way to lose weight. By practising exercises regularly, a great amount of calories are burned which help you have a well-proportioned body. Unlike other methods of weight loss, exercises have a positive effect on health. While weight-lifting stimulate muscles building, yoga helps to strengthen bones. According to a study, the habit of practising exercises can reduce risk of heart diseases, obesity or cancer. Furthermore, thanks to physical exercises, people will lead a satisfied life. Medical experts have recently shown that exercises improve your mood and decrease the feeling of depression and anxiety. Specifically, blood circulates easily in blood vessels so that you will have a sound sleep and relaxation. Last, Physical activities also improve your brain function such as memory, creation, thinking ability which is essential in study, work and life. In summary, It is undeniable that exercises have a significant impact on our life . We should practise physical exercises daily to get the best results.
