Help me with my essay

There are some people who like changes and try new things, and there are other people who don’t want changes and want to maintain everything the same. What are the advantages of these two different lifestyles? Use specific reasons and examples to support your idea.

People in the world have their own lifestyles. Some people like changes and try new things. Others want to keep everything the same and do not want to change anything. In my opinion, both kinds of styles have their own advantages.

On the one hand, changing and trying new things helps people make friends and discover many cultures in the world. There is a saying that travel broadens the mind, which means the more you go, the more knowledge you gain. Indeed, if a person tends to go outside and try new things, they will have chances to meet new people and experience many things, thereby helping them become good ones. For example, I have a friend named Tom and he is an avid traveler. He always wants to change himself and find out new things. When he was a student, he saved money and traveled around our country. Thanks to that, he was able to have friends everywhere that he has gone to and he has experienced many cultures in the world. Therefore, he has a huge network of friends and great knowledge.

On the other hand, I am convinced that maintaining everything the same helps people reduce risk in their lives. If people do not like changes, they will tend to stay inside their comfort zone. Therefore, they can reduce unexpected things that happen in their lives. My other friend has a safe and simple life. She does like to keep everything on track with the right device. Everything in her life has its own mission and it will not change. Thanks to this, she can minimize her risk in life.

To sum up, changing and trying new things or maintaining everything the same have their own upsides. Trying new things brings people knowledge. However, keeping everything the same helps people stay in the safe zone.
