Enjoying work to succeed or working hard whether you like it or not?

Nowadays, many people succeed in their field without enjoying it. They think that all they need to succeed is to work hard whether they like it or not. From my point of view, success with your favorite work makes people happier, then they will find their life meaningful.

Sometimes, what it takes to become successful is not how much you enjoy doing work but how hard you try. My friend is a successful businessman but he does not like to run his business. When he was a child, his family lived in poverty. He wanted to get out of poverty so he decided to open a clothing store. In the first months, there was no profit, it even was not enough money to maintain the store. He had to work other jobs to have money. He had to work 3 jobs in a month to keep the store open. It was a very difficult time but he did not give up. Until now, he has 3 clothing stores. He is successful in his field but he does not like his work.

In order to have true success, you have to find happiness in your work. Normally, if you are happy with your work, you will do it without weariness. From that, you will create value, and success will come to you. Like my brother, he is now working as an IT engineer. Over ten years ago, my brother chose an IT major in his university and he liked it very much. However, he met a lot of objections from almost everyone around him. However, with his passion, he still studied and worked hard. Because of his love for the job, he said that he did not feel tired at any time. Until now, he is a CEO of an IT company. He is successful with his dream job.

To sum up, succeeding in what you do not like may bring you many rewards and money. By the way, doing what you like is great. Some people choose to work with their happiness instead of working hard with plenty of rewards and I agree with them.
