Nowadays, we are living in the 4.0 era. People can contact others through the internet although they are living far away. Therefore, people have a tendency to work from home or away from their offices. I think saving and benefits are two reasons that many companies permit their employees to work this way.

Indeed, working from home helps people save a lot of money, time, and so on. Every morning they can stay home instead of going to the office so that people do not get stuck in traffic jams. It takes a lot of time and makes people stuff a lot of car dust. Besides, they do not have to pay for gasoline and from that, they can save an amount of money. In my case, my company lets employees work at their homes three days a week. These days, I can do a lot of things. Instead of spending time going to the workplace, I can exercise to get in a good mood before work. I do not need to go out so I can cook by myself, which makes me become healthier.

What about the benefits that working from home brings to companies? From 2020 until now, we are facing with Corona pandemic. To fight with it, we do not have to meet people face to face. All we have done is stay at home. We have been at social distances for a long time. Therefore, working from home is a solution to help people be safe and businesses can continue working. From that, they do not have to go bankrupt. Also, technology companies have a chance to create many apps that help people meet online in a group such as a zoom, google meeting, and so on. That helps people to work far away from their office easily.

Working far away from the offices not only helps employees save time, money but also brings to companies a lot of benefits. That is the reason why many companies permit their employees to work far away from their offices.
