Some people want to meet each other in person to communicate while other want to telephone instead of face-to-face communication. Which of these communication methods you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
Nowadays, technology is growing very well. We do not have to go outside to meet friends and we can talk to friends whenever we want thanks to social media such as smartphones, the internet, and so on. It is very useful that I would like to prefer to meet people online instead of face-to-face communication.
Indeed, the telephone helps people take less time to go to the date place to meet friends. On an occasion, I had a problem that I want to exchange with my colleagues but I was busy. Instead of going to his place, I called him up to discuss it. That makes me save my time a lot because it is quite far to go from my department to his department. I was able to avoid gossip. I used that time to focus on my work and it was more efficient.
Besides, we can talk to friends whenever and wherever we want. Nowadays, people are facing with epidemic called coronavirus. To fight with it, we cannot meet people in person. We have to do all things online. We have also communicated with our friends through social media to keep in touch with our relations. For example, last month, my hometown had to be social distances and I had to stay at home all the time. I had to work from home and I was not able to go outside to meet my friends when I had free time. So I met them through the internet and my telephone even if they are living far away from me.
To sum up, indirect communication helps people save time and keep in touch with people who live far away from them. It provides us with some advantages which make our life become easier and happier. I believe indirect communication is a better choice.
