1. My name is John and today I talk about my story about how I became the winner of the Grand cross-country race. 2. I remembered that was a beautiful day, I went to the beach and the water was blue, nobody around me at that time and so I decided to bathe.3. I took off my clothes, my socks, my shoes and left them on sands.4. Unfortunately, after I finished showering, my clothes and my belongings disappeared.5. I was in a panic, furthermore, the sea breeze was stronger and stronger, it made me feel so cold.6. After a while, I decided to go back to the town where I live without clothes.7. People in the street looked at me like a crazy man who just got mad after dunking.8.That just the same for me, someone put me on the spot by stealing my clothes.9.I looked around the town and far away from where I was stood, I saw a crowd of people gathering for a running competition and suddenly I had an idea that If I blend into a bunch of running people, and pretend that I take the competition maybe I will avoid a weird-looking of villagers.10. When the whistle sounded to signal the start of the competition, everyone started running and I followed, I never took any running competitions before but at that time I felt cold and hungry so I run as fast as I can because the track is heading towards my house.11. I kept running and being the first to reach the winning post.12. People along the street were waving, shouted and congratulated me, I felt like I'm a famous person.13. After the day of the competition, I was the talk of the town, everyone recognized me when I walk along the street.14. Maybe I have to thank the person who stole my clothes, it is true that a blessing in disguise
