On the one hand, computers had improved our lives in many aspects. In the office, it was one of the most useful devices for white-collar workers to complete their tasks with many functions in computers. Besides that, computers could reduce the amount of work that these workers had to do by providing tools such as scanning, typing, searching, etc. In school, computers were set up in the library so that students and teachers could get access to wide range of knowledge about the world around them. For example, students could complete their research via Internet with varieties of resources in data or teachers could find materials for teaching and further studies.
On the other hand, computers might not be the most important invention. In the last centuries, there were many inventors who created many inventions such as light bulb, water steam machine, telephone, etc. These inventions enhanced our quality of lives in different aspects. Take telephone as an example. In the past, people communicated by writing letters, but with telephone, they could communicate with each other via calling from distance .For this reason, telephone had improved our communication.
To conclude, it is undeniable that computers had improved our lives in studying, working, etc in the last centuries. For all of the reason above, computers might be the most crucial inventions of the last hundred years.
