Help me with grammer correction!
Dear all,
Could you please check grammer in my writing? This is i'm trying write for IELTS writing Task 2.
"It is such a controversial issue that some believe that older people should be paid more than the young people because the older colleagues are more experience than young people. Some people have reverse idea. As far as i concern, I feel that they should be paid the same salary at the same level and employers can reward them as a bonus according to the performance."
