Help me with compearin theses poems

i have 3 poems and a story to compare.
Its an essay with 2000 words max
could you help me with how to compare and some main features to compare
and maybe even the structure.
i need to compare the language,context,characters

i am doing a gcse can u please advise me on how to improve this analysis.

the essay is 2000 words i have only done about 400 words at the moment please can u check it over.

There might be some spelling mastakes because i have typed it really fast.

Essay.

People in love is very apparent in all 3 poems and Romeo and Juliet.

But all 4 have different interpretations and today we are going to discover how browning and Shakespeare revel there interpretations of love. Taking into account the times the plays and poems were written.

One example of love is interpreted in poems Romeo and Juliet and porphyria's lover and also my last dutches. And this is obsessiveness. For example in Romeo and Juliet Romeo gets so obsessive that he goes outside of Juliet’s house and looks at her from the shadows while Juliet expresses her true love for Romeo. Juliet is also obsessed we know this when she says “O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love
And I'll no longer be a Capulet”

Here when she says “Be but sworn my love and I’ll no longer be a capulet”

She is saying say you truly love me and I’ll will leave my family to be with you.This would shock the audience very much because it was very uncommon to leave there family because of love in the time the play was written. And this makes us feel that Juliet already loves Romeo (which she just had seen at the party a short time back) so much that she is willing to leave her family for him if he swears he loves her.

Obsession is also interpreted in porphyria's lover when the narrator(the main character)compares her to a possession when he says stuff like “it” for example “so glad it had its utmost will”

It makes us feel that he owns her

For example if he was talking about his own passions he will say “it” for example

“my lovely tea pot standing on its big bent legs”

So he has become so obsessive that he thinks that she loves him so much that he owns her.and in the times that the poem was written the audience wouldn’t had much of a shock because men saw girls as object and a less intelligent gender.

Also all the poems are dramatic monolog which brings a more conversational feel to the poems.

Also my last ditches has a feel of obsession. One example is

That he has a curtain drawn in front of the duchess painting so only his eyes can see we see that he has a curtain drawn in front of the painting when he says”(Since none puts by the curtain I have drawn for you but i)”

This shows that he is so obsessed with her beauty this is also apparent when he says “I that piece a wonder “he was referring to the painting of my last duchess

Could you also help me pick out some languag devices

i am doing this also. a good area for comparison is commenting and expanding from a feminist perspective sayin how women were treated at the time and exploding a relevent quote. i get straight A*'s useing this basis for these exam questions.
