Help me with a letter to remove late fees
Hello Administrator, help correct my grammatical errors
I write to rely on your eminence to waive the penalty charges on my school fees for late payment
My index number is 04/2015/0306D a level 100 student, studying HND Accounting and belongs to the Faculty of Business and Management Studies. Reporting to school on administrations set date would have been problematic because I had no choice than to stay home a little longer at home to harvest my crops on the farm. This season was the bumper harvest of the year. And that was the time I could make money from my produce. Moreover, my farm is my ultimate source of finance. It is also the only avenue that provided me with school fees and other monies I spend on campus.
Please Sir, paying an additional penalty for late payment on my school fee will cause my personal budget to increase. And if that happens, it will lead to my absolute withdrawal from the school, because I may not have sufficient money to finance my next academic year’s fees. I plead with you to look into this request.
