Help me ur suggestion

hey i need help from u people..my boss is asking me to write a introdution letter for our new Business and i have no idea how to write..... Basically we are into hotel business.a part from that we are comimg with a new concept called Nutrition meal. this meal is for working Corporate people...and we want to delivered the meal to all the corporate office...for that we have to introduc our self to other company.. so plz plz help me how will i write.....
