Help me understand the meaning of these words, please

Hey, I was watching to a video on the internet and then two sentences caught my eye.

At 3:37, when this guy says "I have a filling cabinet I can show you" and at 3:40 "let's go check out some windows", what does he mean by "filing cabinet" and "windows" ?
