Help me to understand the context of would in different places

These three vectors form a basis for the three-dimensional space. Any three linearly independent
vectors would form a basis for the three-dimensional space. The same can be generalized for any
n-dimensional space.

why are we not using will instead of would here?

example

What would be the Reason

what would be the price

Doubt

what will be the Reason

What will be the price

which one is correct?
