Specifically, females' personality is caring and patient while men adapt to tasks which require physical strength. If employers can make use of different perspectives of both genders, their productivity of work will experience significant increases. For instance, it is clear that female patients should feel more comforable when being treated by female doctors. However, male doctors can endure pressure on surgery better than females do.. This can prove that a mixed-gender working enviroment is more efficient.
Futhermore, there are several jobs which cannot define which gender is better than other. Many people believe that women have more possibility for kitchen works because of their clever and cautious nature. However, in our society, male chefs are evaluated to be more successful in this field. Thus, males and females might be equally qualified in any career.
In conclusion, it is hard to say that whether men or women are more suitable for any specific employment. To benifit most from them, it should be to take an advantage of each gender's strength in every employment
