Help me to practise my writing skill

There are more workers to work from home and more students to study from home. This is because computer technology is more and more easily accessible and cheaper. Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

There is a discussion about whether or not the modern life with high tech development. While I accept that it is usefull. I believe that it also has some adverse sides.

On the one hand, it is more convinient for people. With the explosed in internet, habitants can easier to finding a job, hinding employers, communicate with their friends and relatives. For instance, back in time when you searching for a job, you had to go around your town, follow the news on newspaper,... But now, all you have to do is a smartphone or a laptop with internet. There are a whole world with thousand of news, jobs,... The second place, you can work or study at home. When technology items are cheaper, everyone has chance to own everything themselve. A computer, a printer, a scan,... Therefore you home became an office, and You would easy to work at.

on the other hand, it also have some bad effects. Technology development makes people more and more lazy.
