Help me to know either I am correct sentences or not.

1. Come what may
I will not stop watching horror movies come what may.
Is it use in all tenses? I mean specifically in past.
He didn't stop smoking came what may. Is it correct? o.O
She doesn't obey her parents come what may. please check it as well.

2. However
However may he go to London, I will follow him
However hard she worked, she didn't get promoted.
However might she tried, she didn't get lend.

3. Not to speak of
No to speak of coffee, she didn't offer me water.
Not to speak of seeing him, he hardly replies.
He doesn't read a novel not to speak of books.
He made both hands meet not to speak of helping us.
is it used in past tense as well?

4. Hardly or Scarcely
I had hardly stepped out of the house, when it began to rain.
Scarcely had I received reference letter, when my father didn't allow me to do job.
Are hardly and scracely used in present and future tenses?
