Help me to correct this sentence

Help me to correct this sentence please:

He pay a part of the amount to you and retains the remaining part to the end of the day. In the morning, he distributes the retained amount to all employees in a certain way that ensures all employees have different amount depending on their works.

(I'm not so sure about the timing of these payments, but that's what I think you're trying to say.)
