Letter Writing
Help me to correct this offical letter
Hi guys would you please help me to find out all mistake in this official report. You'r welcome to say any suggestion and opinion and correct me on that.The repost is as below
Brain CT Scan:
The supratentorial parenchyma is normal in density.
The ventricular system, regarding patient’s age is normal in size and configuration.
No abnormality is visible in the paraventricular structures.
Posterior fossa, brainstem and cerebellum seem to be intact.
There is no space occupying lesion or midline shift.
A metallic density (foreign body) is seen in medial side of right orbit, in vicinity of right globe.
Imp: Brain CT scan shows no definite abnormality.
