{This article concerns a man who was wrogly imprisoned.}

The "concern" here not means : have the man as a subject, but this article is as a result of the man.
In simple, "No the man, No this article."

I need your confirmation and if that so,

I want to say that in my country, all of the dictionary which lead the man's learning English, only to leave us in the wrong idea of the "concern" and no one is immune to the wrong idea.

.Thank you for your help.

dear bepleased, English words sometimes have more than one definition, and even more than one way to pronounce them. For example, the word "bow" can be a decoration on a wrapped present, or the action an actor does when people are clapping after his performance, or a weapon that launches arrows. With the word alone, there is no way to know which of the meanings is appropriate.
