Help me to complete this sentence..!!

Is this the book_____the question was taken ?


Please help me to put the missing word. The missing word has to be a "preposition"+"pronoun" word..

If you dont understand what I mean..

please tell me what you would put directly..

Answer puts "in collecting." Whole sentence is " Is this the book in collecting the question was taken?"
An affirmaative sentence is "This is the book in collecting the question was taken. "
This meaning is this book is collected the question which pepole was examined by.

I don't think that can be the answer to the question. 'From which' makes perfect
sense, but 'in collecting' is not 'a preposition + a pronoun', and makes no sense.
