a. "pursuant to" mean proceeding after an adjective, so if it use in above about requesting something’s, that will be wrong using.

"arrangement of the" arrangement already expressing being so this is unnecessary.

b. Our company is losing business. Our primary goals of this year are to increase productivity, reduce costs, and the improvement of product quality.

b. "as the" cannot accuracy to explain which you are talking.

"Our primary goals this year" Our primary goals have meant of ending so plus "of" in here.

b. As is conjunction and connecting a word our.-- Yes, in the original, 'as' heads a sentence fragment.

Improvement is noun cannot represent a verb.- Yes, the 3 must be the same word class: 'increase', 'reduce' and 'improve'.

c. Make sure time is confirmed so put the day of meet in first.-- Mostly, move the time adverbial out of the middle of the sentence for clarity.

Rescheduling is present participle cannot tell what the subject does.-- The point is that this was a sentence fragment; there was no finite verb.
