It is argued that although making money is top priority for every company, people should take social responsibilities. Personally, I agree with this idea.
On the one hand, the fact that companies which maximize their profits can bring a large number of benefits to society. Firstly, increasing profits in enterprises means having more taxes for those countries. Therefore, governments could spend more budgets on building hospital, schools or other infrastructures, benefiting greatly life of citizens. Secondly, thanks to raising profits, loads of jobs are created for employees. For instance, businesses are likely to spend their capital to grow a business and generate masses of job opportunities.
On the other hand, co-operating social responsibility need to play an important role in every business. The one reason is that, enterprises are considered as one of the main cause making environmental degradation. The global warming stems from factory emissions and being irresponsible for waste disposal which result in polluting water source and air. Another reason is that, businesses should put back money into the communities through charities in order to enhance their public image. Two big companies is Unilever and Vinamilk, for example, donated larges sums of money to such organization to help poor people.
In conclusion, in spite of generating profits is the fundamental principles in businesses, companies should take social responsibilities consideration.
