Find the mistake and correct it:
Q1: All Vietnamese special schools are funded by money from government and/or charity organizations.

In q1, I choose D because I think charity means ''organization'' itself, but the correction is C(change into governments). I don't know how to solve q2. The correction of it is C (change into they). Please explain it to me. Thanks very much!
