We would like to thank you for being our valued customer and your kind consideration to continue using our services.


Over this quotation resubmission, VN has managed to keep our service price competitive despite the ever-rising costs of running the company, inflation, staff salary, etc. Though occasionally we receive requests such as yours, requesting a reduction in our pricing, we must make you aware that there is often little or no room at all to move within the prices we charge.

We ask you to keep in mind that our company offers many value-added services such as:

- Provide more consumables for temporary repair due to your lack of replacing device.

- Highly support for Telecom team and do corrective service for even the Letter of acknowledgment the extension term of Contract is not released.

As you can surmise, VN incurs additional costs in order to bring these extras to its customers. Naturally, we must build those costs into the price of our service. Whether we like it or not, economics dictate the prices we charge; same as any other business.

Moreover, there are a lot of difficulties when we implement the service in the next year as follows:

- Workload of maintenance and troubleshooting services in the next years will be increased as the lifetime of equipment goes by.

- According to our recent summary report provided to NS Telecom team, the error issue rate of some system in the first year maintenance is very high: 19% (IDS system), 18% (SCCTV), etc. And one of the primary reasons for this high error rate is low quality of equipment and the accessories missing (cover cable gland, grounding connection, etc) during in pre-commissioning’s installation

- The expense of supply necessary facilities for good working condition and benefit for our service team working in NS is rising significantly per higher hazardous level of the plant in operation, compared with the plant in pre-commissioning’s.

So, in response to your request to reduce the service price, the best we can offer is a small discount of 6.000.000 VND. Again, I must reiterate that we always try our best to provide our the highest quality of service as well as the most reasonable and competitive price.

We appreciate your understanding, support, and approval in this matter. As we continue to offer the highest level of service, we look forward to your continued patronage.
