Help me please ^^

Hello everyone,

I tried to write an email to answer a university, and I want you to see it and help me with your corrections please.

Dear ****,
Thank you for your prompt response,
Please find attached my qualifications, I would like to know if you accept me to join your students, and if so would you tell me please which year I will be eligible to join, because I studied three years computing and I have background in many subjects such as : programming languages, mathematics...
Many thanks
