Help me please!

Dear Accounting Dept,

We cannot finish the producing report on 3rd of September as your request. Due to all of fish of invoice 133 we had produced less than 70% so we need to conclude the producing report next week. Please waiting for payment of this invoice.

Sorry for any incorrect on my sentence, my English is not good. I mean "my company bought the tuna from seller and produced them = flake tuna (product) we need to produce them = 70% of tuna that we bought from seller then we will paid money to seller.
