Help me please !!!

I received many rubbish email recently, they are mainly advertisement of finance; pill; even sex ..... this is so disturb for me. Could you please help to scan it or call IT dept to help.

I have received a lot of junk email recently -- mainly advertisements for money schemes, pills, or even ***. It's very disurbing for me. Could you please help me get rid of it? Or should I call the IT dept to help?
