Help me please

I have created a new site that is meant for my old college friends and in that I wanted to know who got more than 80 points and how much on their grduation annual exam. So I I have created a new topic(thread) in my site and I have given the thread title as "Who got more than 80 points and how much?"

Is the underlined parts correct?

Actually I want to say that "Those who all got more than 80, write their name and points how much they got in the exam".
