Help me please !!

Question

I am from an Arab country . I can speak English well but I have a problem . My English stopped at a limited roof . I am rich in vocabulary but I don't use them because there is no occasion for that . Can you help me to solve this problem ?
notes :
1- No persons speak English well around me in my village.
2- I can't travel to foreign countries .
3- I try to increase my vocabulary , but I forget them soon.

THE MOON, an old trick is to use the international telephone operators. Those are free calls, yes? You call asking for some person's phone number in Hastings, England; they will probably connect you with a Hastings operator; have the name of the party you want to talk to already written down (fictitious, of course), so you don't hesitate with your answer; with a little research you could even have a general geographical location, don't be specific; there will be discusssion on how the operator needs more information; you might be able to steer the conversation into other areas ( for example, being an operator must be a tough job), but eventually the operator will have to cease the conversation. It's a free way to get some English conversation practice, though.

Now think about all the cities you can call, and you soon realize that you could call for years and years. Just one favor, please; don't tell them where you got this idea from when they finally catch on to what you are doing, if they do.

Don't worry first!

Actually many people have come accross the same problem as you. From a scientic point, English learning can never be that easy, especially when your level has reached to some extent. It is just the sign of your good master of English. After a period of time, several weeks or months, once you keep on English learning, you will definitely find your great progress in English.

Vocabulary-momorising is very boring way of language learning and forgeting just a normal process for every human being. Pls take care and keep on learning. In the sooner future, you will get a great improvement!
