Help me out, I'm lost

Anybody kind enough to correct mistakes here? I truly appreciate it.
I am very much confused with my sentence constructions and use of punctuation.
"What is the difference between people who look down on less fortunate people and people like (me/myself?) who get frustrated with perpetual sufferers of ignorance or unintentional stupidity (that leads to their life struggles)?
I sincerely want to know. If there is one thing that I despise, and I despise many things, is that to be a hypocrite.

Would it be so strange to say that I experience a certain kind of rage whenever I see misinformed & ignorant people continue to re-live the same miserable type of day over and over?

Some of them are fortunate enough to get real advice and material assistance. This is an absolute truth. If givers exist, then there must be receivers, correct?

I assume that humanity is generally composed of 2 kinds of givers:

(1.) Givers who have actual, deep concerns for the rest of humanity; people who are capable of genuine empathy for the rest of humankind who have to live their lives in the worst possible ways that even the sickest part of your mind can't even fathom.

(2.) And then there are givers who feel the need to lift the guilt out of their bellies over living in the most progressive & developed places; people who decidedly donate some money to cholera foundations because they suddenly remember that such diseases exist after they got stomach cramps from eating too much black walnut ice cream; people who think that it is an actual problem to have mistakenly picked the wrong shade of magenta for their living room walls which eventually made their kitchen door look like it was just made of mahogany instead of purpleheart wood; people who give their money to religious organizations and beggars in order to add credit to their good behavior status in their imagined heavens or afterlife realms; people who give away money as a personal investment."
