Help me out

Sometimes I get a problem in the usage of would/sould have and would/could have been.
Plz differnetiate between this conditions with examples.

1) It should have been evenely poised and indeed Pakistan could have been in sight of a win

2) The logical course should have been to do so in all their manifestations,especially when it is concerned the supernatural.

3) History would have been in a distorted shaped as it is today if people,rather than rulers,had written autobiographies.
