I am confused how to make this sentence below grammatically correct. Any explanation is sure welcomed.

Here is the sentnce:
I don't want to eat any more (cakes / cake) because I have eaten too (much / many).

Perfect! Keep in mind that usually (at least in the West) we are eating from just one big cake (like a birthday cake or a wedding cake, for instance).
