Help me in my assignment

Your employer Mr. P Vei; has to fly to New York (Kennedy Airport) on Monday 26 July - 29 July 2011. He is to visit the Chuck Lucas Organisation, 500 5th Avenue, New York, Telephone 7216543621, on WEdnesday and Muter, Levi and Gould inc, 28th Floor, 11:00 42nd Street, telephone 750 2296118, on thursday and friday. He will return on the Saturday. He requires transport while in New York and does not like to use travel agents.
