Beans with reins
Beans with reins is a common Chilean's dish. First of all, when I first ate it, I identified some ingredients such as many long strips of wides and whites spaghettis, mixed with the red colored and big beans, in contrast with the small grains of corn. Also, it had some slices of salted and spicy sausages. Furthermore, when you are eating it, with each spoonful you do, you make a splash sound because the beans crash of the spoonful crash with the water. Moreover, if you do not have a knife to cut the sausage and you use your hands to eat it, you will feel how sticky, juicy and hot the sausage is. Finally, this delicious and complete plate made me smell the odor of vapor with spaghetti mixed with the smell of cooked legumes and saute vegetables.
