Some children in rural places cannot have good schools and medical facilities. To improve this situation, some people suggest that new teachers and doctors should be sent to rural places for several years. Others, however, believe everyone has the free right to choose where to work. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
People have different views about measures which support children in rural places to be easier to access good education and healthcare. While some believe that it is necessary to send new teachers and doctors to unapproachable areas, I agree with those argue that everyone should be able to work the places of their choice.
There are various reasons why it would be better for children in rural areas to be served by new teachers and doctors. Because the standard of living is fairly poor, in order to universalize education and promote the quality, qualified teachers are essential. Besides, many individuals could not pay health-care cost in district hospitals have treated for their kids by traditional methods which are not based any scientific evidences. Thus, government should appoint doctors to inaccessible places not only to cure for them but also to generalize basic medical knowledge. Futhermore, anyone will be willing to share their understandings with youth generation, if they are really into their career, no matter where they work.
In spite of these arguments, I believe that teachers and doctors should be free to work wherever they like. In my opinion, enthusiasm plays the most significant part in education and healthcare sectors and they would voluntarily dedicate their whole abilities for everyone. if they are forced to work in rural areas, they will complete for their obligation. Otherwise, for a long run, government should invest into facilities and people there, for example, building academic course for teachers and doctors in rural places to advance their skills or providing essentials facilities in schools and hospital so that children are easier to approach education and healthcare.
To draw the conclusion, although it might seem sensitive for state to send teachers and doctors to rural areas, I personally prefer that people have right to choose where they like to work
