No 'you is'.

To use you followed by is you have to put you and is in two different units of the sentence. You can't have a subject you and its verb is. If you see you and is together, it's either wrong or a coincidence.

(The trouble with you ) is (that you don't listen).<< This has nothing to do with "you is" as a unit.
