Which one is correct? help me + verb or help me + to + verb?



I realized that the program would be very crucial to broaden my knowledge and analytical skillls and help me redefine / to redefine our infrastructure development.



The student organizations will help me promote / to promote infrastructure investment.

Both By the way, say simply 'crucial' (without 'very'), and put something before 'help me redefine' so you don't have just 'and' all the time, for example 'it would also'.
