Help me for a motivation letter

I have passed ten years of my life in Dhaka Shiksha Board Laboratory College to achieve my Secondary School Certificate from 1997 to 2007, In this years I have learnt many things to support my future studies and other relevant works . From my childhood I was really good at Math and in General Knowledge . In 2005 I choose Commerce as my field of study where I have studied Accounting, Business Studies, Commercial Geography, Mathematics, Computer Science, General Science, English etc. In my School I have secured first place in many examinations like test, pre test before the final exam
In my school I was a captain in my class for several times which, proves my ability of leadership and I was also a part of different games and sports , In addition, I have gained many prizes for my academic excellence and for excellent performances in different games and sports . I also got certificate for my 100 % attendance in my class for many times.
After the successful completion of Secondary School Certificate Examination , I got a chance in the number one college of my country Notre Dame College ,Which is the best college in my country , In 2007 I admitted to Notre Dame College for Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination. In my College I have studied Accounting, Principle of Business, Commercial Geography, Economics, Computer Science, English etc . In 2009 I have successfully passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination.
In my College I was a member of a Business Club, English Club and Debating club. I have learnt many things about business and Industry by visiting different Industries in my country administrated by Business Club.
After completion of my H.S.C. I am not sitting like an idle bird though my ultimate goal is to get admission at your University I am also doing other things to face the upcoming challenges of the corporate world , I have recently done a course on Human Resource Management at reputed public institute at Dhaka which will help me for my professional life , I am also learning French because It is an Important language for International business by many aspects.
After my H.S.C there were many paths open for me but during my studies from S.S.C to H.S.C I found my business studies subject very Interesting and I was determined that I can surely do well In this subject and this can fulfill my dream to be a part of a multinational company. Since It is the age of Globalization in sooner future the number multinational companies will increase in rapid number so stake holders will merely rely on graduates of Business Administration not only Business administration but also majors in International Business because only they can understand the true perspectives of going International .
To further my career aspirations of becoming part of a multinational company, I want to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in International Business . Having this knowledge will allow me to better understand International Business principles. With all the uncertainty and changes in with world, political, economic, and technological, I believe that International Business must have a solid understanding, supported by a strong academic foundation, of how to guide companies through these challenging times.
No education is complete without experience. Armed with a solid understanding of academic principles, I can begin my career where I will add to my experience. Because I will be well versed in the theory, I will be able to adapt and modify the theoretical constructs as required in order to meet my company's needs. I fully recognize that our political, economic, and technological environments are constantly changing, and thus International Business needs to be able to adapt quickly and accurately to the new conditions if the company is to survive, let alone prosper. I believe obtaining a International Business will provide the necessary background for me to be to anticipate and react to ever-changing environments
