Help me fix the essay in writing task 2-

Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that is better to try and improve such situations.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

People have different views about the acceptance of a detrimental circumstance such as is essential. While there are some good arguments in favour of overcoming it, I believe that it is better to try and improve such cases.

On the one hand, those choosing to accept a bad situation, such as an unsuitable job or lack of money, which could be impressive for several reasons. The sufferers tend to express more resilience than other people though, the improvement and progress in these notorious circumstances are going to never exist afterward. For instance, suffering an inappropriate job or lack of money will be able to not only make workers bored, stressed, discouraged in their job, but also prevent themselves from thriving and attempting in the future.

On the other hand, it might be beneficial for people to try and improve difficult cases. Firstly, those overcoming these ones properly and successfully tend to make other people admire and consider as a role model in their lives, especially the youths. Secondly, successes and promotions in their life and their work will definitely take place thanks to their previous experiences learned. For example, there were lots of books composed by several well-known writers who went through challenging experiences, which inspired a numerous number of readers related to what they overcame patiently and obtained some certain achievements onward.

To sum up, it seems to me that people tend to be more courageous and more successful as they are aware of how to tackle problematic situations.
