Help me finding the parallelism error

Hi helpers , I need your help in the following question .

Choose the option that corrects the parallelism error contained in the following sentence .

Not only does Rachel expect a promotion within the next year but also a significant increase in salary .

a. Not only does Rachel expect a promotion within the next year , but she also expect a significant increase in salary .

b. Rachel expects not only a promotion within the next year but also a significant increase in salary.

If 'expect' is changed to 'expects' in A, then both A and B are correctly parallel.

we're looking for the (error) one .

so , you mean that (d) is the answer ? which is None of the above !!

But there is no verb in (b) sentence . So , that's why (b) only is correct . right ?
