Help me! :D

Hi.

Yesterday I asked about this sentence and you corrected:

As she drove past his house, she noticed him run away from home.

But my teacher said it has to be ''V-ing'' Emotion: indifferent

As she drove past his house, she noticed him runing away from home.

Can I use both of them? Emotion: stick out tongue

[F]running is correct

because running happen in a period of time so we should use ving

if the verb happen in a pointe of time we can use simple verb.

...she noticed him running away from home.

Notice is the verb of the clause/sentence, running isn't the verb in this case.

Its either a gerund or present participle. (Sorry, don't know which one
