help me correct sentences, i tried replying a email
i have tried to answer a email..I am not a native English speaker .. did i frame sentences properly ?
Senders email :
I have confirmation from hrf that the training program will begin in ZZZ on November 27th and run for 2-3 days. We will also have a short training session with a gender specialist and then we will travel as a group to XXX to begin the study on December 2nd.

I spoke with my juniors about the opportunity but Sorry; I was unable to find someone who speaks fhg and was willing to relocate. Hope I didn't slow down the recruitment process. I am planning to bring my luggage next weekend
