My attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) has made me struggle both academically and socially in college. For instance, because of my learning ability, I have struggled with instructors have who spoke fast. I often needed to have something be repeated to me more than one time, however; when the professor asked , “does anyone have any question” I would usually be embarrass to raise my hand when needing too. Furthermore, when assigned to do a group assignment with a person I tend to work alone rather than being helped. Socializing with other people in college is a challenge for me because I often would be judging, staying quiet, and observe. When it comes to doing classwork I would often be distracted when someone asks me for help and I often would lose focus on what was important. My learning disability has made my life tough when it came to school and communicating with other.
