Help me correct grammer on this letter

Dear Sir,

I am planning to bring my wife here to for one month during her forthcoming annual vacation. (April 15^th to May 15^th 2010)



I humbly request your good office to arrange One month visit visa for my wife or issue me a non objection letter so that I can obtain a one month visit visa for her from the ministry. All expenses for this visa will be borne by me.
