Help me construct a natural sentence please?

theme: cable tv

problem: tuning into City TV but showing NatGeo, happens every afternoon. its been 5 days and its doing the same so I reported to the provider

i ve noticed that some channel change every 6 hours and being replaced by the same channel (e.g. City TV got replaced by NatGeo every afternoon.
