The two pictures illustrate the ingredients of a fish pie and the complete production process.
A fish pie contains pies, fish, sauce and potatoes, which is put in a microwaveable container. There are 10 stages of making a fish pie and one of the ingredients, potato, goes through its own six-stage preparation process before it can be added to the pie.
There are two separate production lines of making a fish pie. The first production line is dealing with potatoes. The delivery time can take up to one month. During the first period, potatoes are cleaned, peeled and sliced. The peels are put into the waste disposal. After boiling, chilling and storing, potatoes are ready to bet into a fish pie.
The second production line is making a complete fish pie. The delivery time is 12 hours or less. Firstly, lemon juice and salt are put into fresh salmon before it is steamed. Then workers remove skin and bones of fresh salmon that are put into waste disposal. Later, the fresh salmon is inspected before prepared peas and sauce are added. Finished potatoes in the first production line are added before they are wrapped and freezes. Finally, the finished fish pie is stored and dispatched.
