HELP ME CHECK IT!

My dream house is a villa in Miami, not very large but must be nice and comfortable. Every room has a bathroom. There is a bar into a pool, and sunbeds and a beautiful garden around the pool.

I just want to cast a couple of points. When we refer to a "dream house", we usually mean a house that we don't have, as yet. But from the context, there is an impression that you already own it. If this is not the case , then I would reword it to improve the semantic fluency: "My dream house is / will be a villa in Miami. It doesn't have to be big but it must be comfortably cozy. I would
