I am writing in reference to your latest shipment which was delivered yesterday. There was a problem. We received the wrong manuals.
On April 10, we placed one copy of the book best. However, yesterday you sent us two copies of golf best. We did not receive what we want to purchase.
We are returning -under separate cover-the two copies of golf best. I would be grateful if you send us the manual which we ordered as soon as possible. Also please correct the invoice and send a new one.
