Many high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women.

To what extent do you agree?

In the era of trade, where every individual wants to achieve high-level position in their workplace so sex is not important. Although, high-level positions in the most of the organizations are occupied by men. Even though almost employers are women. While some people claim that women should be allocated a certain percentage of these positions. However, from a personal viewpoint, I don't concur with them because of organizations need experiment and talent.

On the one hand, I strongly believe that profit is always the solid aim of employers. As a result, selecting leading positions required candidates with many special skills such as management, direction and so on. People who have all of these attributes can be chosen without concern as to whether they are men or women.

on the other hand, we should consider the problems of equality. Militant feminists have fought for centuries. They are desired to treat equally like men without treated like sex objects. Hence, they can't ask society prone to them, give them more chance than men when applying for jobs.

in conclusion, because of profit, employers won't accept allocating a percentage of leading positions to women. They want to treat equally, so they must fight, compete with men in the job.
